Susan von Hellens, Director
Ms. von Hellens is the founder and director of The Protocol School of Phoenix™. Growing up in metropolitan Washington D.C., Ms. von Hellens, a descendant of European nobility, had the good fortune to mingle in an arena of prominent leaders of the world. Ms. von Hellens' father's position, a consultant to leaders all over the world, gave The Protocol School of Phoenix™ director an edge on insight to the nuances of correct etiquette and protocol at a young age, which was reinforced during her formative years and in adulthood.
Before becoming established as an instructor and leader of The Protocol School of Phoenix™, Ms. von Hellens
